AllKleen is a medium duty multi-purpose cleaner in a low-odor formulation compatible with all Kadko products.
Application Instructions
Uses:
AllKleen is an all-purpose solvent-based surface cleaner. It dissolves and removes waxes, oils, solvent and water based releases, styrene buildup, and most other surface contaminants.
Application:
Apply a liberal amount of AllKleen to a 100% cotton applicator cloth. Work into surface in a circular motion and let stand 3-5 minutes. This wait time allows the cleaner to dissolve and lift out contaminants from surface pores. Using a fresh cloth, buff surface clean- changing cloths frequently to avoid cross-contamination. Repeat until no further contaminants are seen on buffing cloth.
Application Tips:
- As with any solvent-based product, use only white, 100% cotton cloths to prevent solvents from attacking materials or dyes.
- At room temperatures, KadKlad AllKleen remains workable for 20-30 minutes.
- For molds with extreme buildup, change applicator and buffing cloths more frequently.
- Surface may need compounding before cleaning. We recommend using 3M Finesse-It Part No -05928 mild grit compound to remove heavy deposits.
- Terry or micro-fiber cloths may be used to provide a more aggressive buff.
